Buyer is the most important asset of any business. In recognition of this we have integrated, efficient and effective staff which cater to our buyer's needs and product requirements. The Export Manager has vast experience in International Marketing and is supported by a dedicated team who make sure that all export enquiries are processed on a Top Priority basis. When we receive an enquiry, the procurement and purchase section take immediate and effective measures to manufacture under technical Expertise and Quality Control. On receipt of the goods, they are sent to our In-House Checking and Packing Departments. At this point our dispatch and Cargo Section takes over for timely export to the buyer.
Customer Relations are well maintained by our export manager who ensures that every customer query or complaint is attended to. We believe in building long term relationship with our buyers, with the emphasis on Satisfaction together with Quality and Timely deliveries.
